Zavala/Evola, notes

A Bobby Zavala/Evola hair match took place in Guadalajara last week; CMLL’s mentioned the feud for the first time by saying Zavala won. Zavala won the last two falls, and says this proves Laguna > Guadalajara.

Friday’s show there did not draw well, only drawing half the floor seats with the upper level closed. That seems to be about the same as are in the building for the Tuesday shows, but they were probably expecting more with a Atlantis/UG and a title match as the big matches.

Both Arena Mexico and Arena Coliseo Guadalajara are running Dia de Muertos shows tonight. Guadalajara has Shocker vs Mr. Niebla on top, and possibly some management changes being announced. Arena Mexico has also sorts of discounted tickets and Mascara/Sombra/Rush vs Averno/Psicosis/Volador.

After La Comandate lost her last REINA match to Yumiko Hotta, they talked about a rematch in a hair match. Seems unlikely.

a Brazo Celestial lost his mask at Arena Juquilita. He does not appear to be related to the other Brazos. Not sure if this is the same Brazo Celestial who was in the Juniors promotion. I read this wrong (and missed the headline): it’s Principe Kronos who lost his mask.
