Among other mysteries here, we seem to be a match short. Dunno.
Fabi and Pimpi are the mixed tag champs, but Fabi’s out with a leg injury. (Assuming AAA’s ignoring her wrestling, uh, yesterday.) Mari is a possible fill in, as is Lolita.
Heavy Metal and Electroshock in a fourth straight match in my second least favorite lucha libre stipulation. I am so excited for this match!
Semimain has a mystery Bizarro teaming with Charly and Taboo. And the main event has a mystery Perro. X-Fly? Anyone besides X-Fly?

Out of curiosity: your least favorite would be?
Lucha libre cage matches are the worst!
WHAT
@thecubsfan: :O
would you care to explain why?
I hate Bull Terry/Chain Matches myself (I know, the Soviet guy hates Russian Chain Matches – go figure!), but I really detest them in AAA’s six sided ring with “touch the corner” rules.
If it is damn near impossible to touch FOUR corners in a traditional ring, shouldn’t it be two corners MORE DIFFICULT in a six-sided ring? F’n lack of psychology!
I dunno if this is Cubs’ reason, but lucha cage matches tend to be a cop-out on actually delivering a big match, but having the participants involved.
I like the team of Alan Stone and Jennifer Blake. Hopefully they win the tag belts.
I figure the mystery guy will be Super Crazy. Unless he’s booked somewhere else.
I am also very interested to know why :) I feel in a cage match the camerawork is not at its best, therefore either live or non-live attendants miss a lot of the action.
Cage matches are mostly way too many people in a small area, trying to hit people but not hit them too hard because there’s not any room to actually fall down. No one can battle for a hold, there’s no room to do any action, and everyone has to stop fighting if someone wants to do a move off the top. There’s no dives out of the ring, which are usually fun. There’s plenty of people climbing up the cage, only to get pulled back down, and climbing itself isn’t particularly interesting. Lucha cage matches end when a guy gets part way over the top, which makes no particular sense to anyone.
It gets better when it comes down to a few people. But it’s still worse than a usual match.
