La Mistica on Ultimo Guerrero in the center of the ring. Crowd was very anti-Mistico.
Peste Negra won in straight falls. They took the first, and Olimpico jumped in the ring to help beat up Negro Casas for the DQ. Lots of challenges for next week.
3rd match was completely switched, and fourth match was half switched. No explanation. Lightning match featured ‘the blown spot of the year’: Angel de Oro went for a handspring elbow, Sangre Azteca tried to cut him off with a dropkick, and they both missed.
Rudas won in straight falls.
Mephisto, Valiente, Sagrado and Polvora are headed to Amsterdam for matches. They leave Sunday and return Thursday. Article seems to list Ephesto’s name too, but it’d be odd if they were sending an odd number of guys for matches.

Mi Lucha Libre talks about Super Muneco vs Doink (a disappointed, noting anyone could be in the Doink mask and they didn’t get the real Doink), and seperately hypes Psycho Circus vs Payasos. Hmmmmmm. Mi Lucha Libre also has an interview with Freelance to hype tomorrow’s mask match.
AAA had a press conference hyping up their role with sponsor COMEX in sponsoring next year’s Pan American Games at Guadalajara. Mesias and Sexi Star wore official masks for the event.
SuperLuchas has an interview with the producer of 100% Lucha.
