There was a moment applause for Scorpio.

This weekend’s ratings

Mexico vs Argentina: 44.2 (and that game wasn’t fun to watch for the last half)
CMLL: 2.3 (up 0.4)
AAA: 6.2 (up 1.3)

No World Cup this Sunday, so we should get a better idea if that CMLL number is the new status quo or affected by the World Cup

It took 23 days, but someone finally asked Relampago what was up with his fake Extreme Tiger act at TripleMania. Of course, it took R de Rudo to do it, since AAA still isn’t talking. Relampgo’s explanation: “Dorian told me to challenge whoever I wanted, and I had my eye on Extreme Tiger for a while.” Nonsensical explanation is better than no explanation.

Sangre Azteca will be in France from 07/02 to 07/10 to teach lucha libre. The local promotion promoting the training sessions lists Nitro coming as well. He’s gone before, but there’s no CMLL mention of him this time.

AAA article says “Dorian has more power than everyone thinks“, which begs the question “why doesn’t he just get rid of the guys he likes?” So I guess he has less power than I think?

Spongebob Squarepants in Bolivia

Fuego en el Ring interviews Averno, who wants a shot at Dorada’s Super Light title. There’s also an interview with Silueta, who retired for a  year to become a mom.

Los Piratas have been replaced by Mascara Ano 2000 & Trauma I on Thursday’s IWRG show.

Hoy Rey lost his mask to Epydemius in Monterrey on Sunday.

Chessman challenges Aeroboy for the DTU title. Chessman should have better things to do, though Chessman in DTU is kind of a perfect marriage.

The building housing Torreon’s Box Y Lucha commission was flooded due to holes in the roof.

This is a rare article about Bolivian wrestling which doesn’t mention the cholitas, but does have that picture.

Box Y Lucha 2980 has Scorpio’s death.

The newest Ras de Lona is up. Someone seems to have fixed something, because these have been showing up on Monday afternoon the last couple of weeks.

Segunda Caida reviews IWRG from March 4, 2010

LuchaWorld has KrisZ’s news update. Also, Kcidis reposts his cover to the latest LuchaWorld monthly. If Parka ate Park, does that make him a cannibal?

LATV was a rerun. ACM is still off for World Cup talk.

Hooray for Google/YouTube successfully fighting of a $1 billion lawsuit from Viacom. Since I don’t quite have Google’s lawyers, you shouldn’t expect to see uploads of Masked Warriors here. If they’re posting it like Ras de Lona and you spot it, let me know and I’ll just link to that.

edit: and here is that link!

100% Lucha catch up! Though maybe I haven’t done the best of jobs.

I changed the recording so it’ll start taping 10 minutes early and go 10 minutes late for this show. Hopefully, that’ll fix it.
