1) Dinamic Black b Halcon 2000
2) Comando Negro & Kid Tornado b Diva Salvaje & Miss Gaviota

5) Negro Navarro, Trauma I, Trauma II b Avisman, El Hijo del Diablo, Gringo Loco and Black Terry, Dr. Cerebro, Hijo del Signo and Chico Che, el Ángel, Orion
Not sure exactly how the main event worked – said to be been more an elimination match than anything, and partners fought each other – but the Traumas beat Black Terry for the final win. “Orion” was Rey Vikingo back in 2002, not sure who it was here (except not Ultraman Jr.)
X-LAW (SAT) 03/20 Plaza de Toros Tula de Allende, Hidalgo [SuperLuchas]

Serval is new champ, Park retains the belt (but Super Parka stole it, then posed for a happy picture.)
CMLL (SUN) 03/21 Arena Coliseo [Ovaciones (PDF)]
1) Camorra & Mortiz b Rayo Tapatío I & Rayo Tapatío II
2) Bronco, Puma King, Tiger Kid b Astro Boy, Guerrero Maya Jr., Tony Rivera
3) Ángel de Plata, Delta, Rush b Dr. X, Hooligan, Nitro
4) Hijo del Fantasma, Toscano, Valiente b Euforia, Skándalo, Vangelis
5) Blue Panther, Héctor Garza, Místico b Negro Casas, Shigeo Okumura, Taichi
Fixed. Angel de Oro missed the show, shuffling 2/3 a little bit. I guess Delta > Guerrero Maya? CMLL spells it “Mortiz” and says it’s the one from Tijuana.
Mistico’s team won – first fall by DQ, second by Mistica on Negro – but his teammates were still annoyed with him by the time it was over. As suspected, Niebla (“inactive” – suspended?) did not work this show. Okumura moved up to replace him, and Skandalo took the spot in the semimain.
CMLL (SUN) 03/21 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [Fuego en el Ring]
1) Tondar b Quka
2) Drago & León Blanco b Magnum & Samurai
3) Ángel del Mal & Ráfaga b Metal Blanco & Neutrón
4) Amapola & Seuxis b Lady Apache & Lluvia
5) Atlantis, Rey Bucanero, Último Guerrero DQ Máscara Dorada, Shocker, Volador Jr.
Bucanero faked a Shocker foul. They’re coming back for a singles match. Next Sunday, this show will have a Shocker/Bucanero singles match and an Amapola title defense underneath. Seems familiar! In this match, after the two tag partners were eliminated, Apache got Amapola with a submission.
A recap of a Thursday spot show mentions Mr. Niebla did work as scheduled, so whatever’s gone on happened right before Dos Leyendas.
Today is the one year anniversary of Abismo Negro’s death (though he wasn’t discovered for another day.) Hometown paper El Heraldo de Tabasco talks about the known circumstances of his death.
Los Villanos (3 & 4) are working the underdcard of today’s AAA spot show in Nuevo Laredo. Maybe they picked Okumura to help with Taichi’s language barrier, but I’m still sort of surprised they didn’t use V3 or V4 in the spot created last Friday with Mr. Niebla absence. V4 & V5 win, everyone is happy, it’s pretty easy. Instead, he lost in straight falls on the night his father was honored, kind of odd.
A new lucha libre school is opening in Chipas. They already have five title belts.
