1) Felino lost his mask at Dos Leyendas. Sombra won, though no one really noticed. Felino has made it clear that he still plans on wrestling for many years.
2) Heavy Metal returns to AAA, just a couple hours before his brother lost his mask. They teased Metal joining the Legion, but turned on them and appears to be returning as a main event tecnico.
3) Latin Lover left AAA. To be fair, he left before Rey de Reyes, but AAA officially announced he was gone. He did not leave on good terms, with AAA complaining about Latin Lover complaining about finishes.
3) Marco Corleone left AAA. His contract expired and he did not resign. He left AAA on good terms, and it sounds like he’s either trying to find acting work outside of wrestling or trying to live closer to home.
4) MTV2 is airing an AAA lucha libre show in May. Though we know little about what actually is going to air.
5) NOAH’s Takeshi Morishima and Taiji Ishimori won the AAA World Tag Team titles. La Hermandad’s 18 month title reign ended against a team unfamiliar to AAA fans, but it was part of a split between Hermandad and the Legion.
– Mr. Niebla is suspended (or something) by CMLL. Again.
– Ozz & Chessman lost in AJPW
– Sabu, in the country for the XLAW show the next day, showed up as a surprise on the AAA show, and will be back in April.
– The tecnico and rudo sections were closed for a month in Arena Puebla, part of a series of fan restrictions recently implemented in the building.
– Canek won the greatest 38 man royal rumble ever
– Amapola beat Lady Apache to retain the Women’s Title.

How was LA Park has a pool not the most important story? Nothing is in the same universe.
LA Park having a pool should be #1 on this list.
Hopefully Hijo del Park realizes he was privileged growing up with a pool in his yard, and uses this to talk shit for years, mocking Wagner III for having to go swim at the community pool.
just a random question. What’s the name of the new CMLL referee that started in canedas tres at the end of last year ?
@Mr. Mystery: Edgar “el Guero” Noriega . He’s worked for CMLL for a while – Jake mentioned here that he knew Edgar as a parking attendant – and he’s also part of the programming department.
He’s Paco Alonso’s nephew.
He was also Mr. Increible.
I echo the previous sentiments about L.A. Park’s pool not being the top story.
I mean, c’mon. He’s got a pool! I don’t.
@Rob: he could still be?
“LA Park has a Pool.”
LOL!
