It took the Box Y Lucha commission a week to make the decision: according to Ovaciones, Mistico will be suspended for 15 days if he doesn’t turn over the belt by Monday. Guess he’s getting off scot free on hitting the ref. We’ll see what happens Friday.

Meanwhile, Hijo del Fantasma doesn’t think La Mascara and Hector Garza squaring off in the main event will cause any problems with their Angeles Rebeldes group. Fantasma explains that the Super Sky Team actually hated each other, so they broke apart at the first moment. Huh. Fantasma assures us that Garza and Mascara are friends. Fantasma is not upset about losing the middleweight title, because he feels he gave his best effort, as good as Negro Casas, and things just worked out against him.

Besides tonight’s main event, the Sombra/Felino match is a continuation of that feud. Maybe we’ll get another appearance from Felino II? Also, CMLL.com awards winners will be honored.

Cesar says Juvi won his court case versus Konnan and AAA, and will be getting paid and his job back. Everyone commenting on this story seems to doubt it. It should be pretty easy to vet; either Juvi shows up on lineups or he does not. We’ll probably hear something along the way. On the same line, Cesar writes about how AAA has been bad and CMLL has been good this year. His point about the disconnect between making a kid’s movie and then a not-kid-friendly TV show is pretty good.

On SuperLuchas, Super Crazy presents a special match from his Tulancingo promotion: Damian 666 & Halloween vs X-Fly & Charly Manson. I bet I can guess the finish.

Cancerbros say they work together five days a week in the gym to work on their teamwork, which is great. However, Euforia also says “Just as the Twin Towers fell, so will our rivals fall at our feet”, which is not great.

On AAA’s website, Alex Koslov writes a note to Gran Apache: You should’ve hit your children more.

Estrellas del Ring has interviews with Jose Contreras, about moving his shows to Arena Neza from Arena San Juan (which will only have dancing now), and a promoter running tournaments for rookies.

Metal Blanco‘s goal for 2010 is to make it to Arena Mexico.

DJ Spectro looks at the history of Mascara Roja. He also points to a video interview with Blue Demon Jr.

The new El Santo book will be presented tomorrow.

AAA’s movie debuts in Laguna today.

    GREAT JOB AAA

  2. AAA has been bad since Dorian, Roldan and Konnan has their hands on it cos when Antonio Peña was alive the things were better well in my opinion, CMLL new era seems to be good and also i prefer NWJP with CMLL then TNA
