The big news that was expected didn’t seem to occur on this show. There were a few minor notes.
No word on the DQ in the minis match.
They played up the La Parka/Lasser Boy connection, with Parka introducing Lasser Boy after his debut, then congratulating him after his win.
Secta quickly and definitively beat the Vipers in their match. The Secta never do that to anyone, so clearly they’re going somewhere with this.
Semimian was even until Konnan showed up as a distraction. Zorro nailed Pimpi with the cane and submitted him for the win. Pimpi was strechered out.
Mesias and Latin Lover got along fine in the main event. Electroshock submitted La Parka clean, then demanded to be the third man in the title match at Rey de Reyes. Electro noted he won Rey de Reyes last year (but got no title shot) said he was tired of being other people’s henchmen and wanted to do something for himself.
Next taping is Sunday. It’s Mesias/Marco vs Electro/Wagner, so if they’re going somewhere with the Electro challenge, they can easily follow up on it there.

For fucks sake not another Triple Threat Match. Messias vs Latin Lover would have been good, as it’s never been done before. If you throw in Electro and make it a triple threat, that will dilute the whole match. Save the triple threat for another day and lets just have a one on one match.
