Ovaciones hypes the minis match first and the semimain second, saying both were really good. Minis should make TV next weekend. Tecnicos took the whole show.

Luchas 2000 (SAT) 07/04 Arena Coliseo [Eloy Occiso @ el Martinete]
1) Pequeño Universo 2000 & Pierrothito b Bracito de Oro & Mini Lizmark
2) Villano IV & Villano V b Mano Negra & Rambo

5) Canek, Cobarde II, Killer, Villano III b Cien Caras, Mascara Ano 2000, Rayo de Jalisco Jr., Sangre Chicana

The big news here wasn’t the surprise return of Mini Lizmark, but that there were perhaps more retirements on this show than previously announced. According to the recap, Satanico announced his retirement after his match. According to Dr. Landru, Satanico announced his retirement from wrestling in this specific building, citing his training and Guadalajara commitments in addition to his age. Not that retirements mean what people figure they mean, given Cien Caras was in the main event of this show.

This show is said to have been taped for 52MX.

Don’t have full results, but it sounds like Avisman beat Suicida for his hair in the cage match last night.

adolfo rivera reposted some articles on el martinete from Periodico Estadio, who’s website I didn’t know even exists (and barely does)
Sombra is proud of the recent defenses he and Volador have made and is ready for Terrible/Texano or Yujiro/Naito to challenge if they want a shot.
Volador says much the same.

Box Y Lucha 2929 has Parkita and Espectrito II’s coffins on the cover. Inside, Hector Garza says he’s does not think he’s a sex symbol. He must just have lots of difficulties removing his shirt each time, I guess. There’s also a new edition of the tv show.

There is no SuperLuchas magazine this week.
