2009 AAA TV Chart
Projected Air Date (#891)
Mexico: 06/07
US: 06/27

Opener sounds like the usual relevos AAA. Guapito was at ringside to watch his minis. Fabi may now be feuding more with Sexi Star than Billy.

Still not sure if Extreme Tiger is meant to be a tecnico. That team still got along enough to win. After the match, Alex and Konnan ended up in the ring, which Konnan demanding Koslov pick one of the winners to be his opponent at TripleMania for the cruiserweight title. Alex decided to pick all three for a four way hardcore title match. Not Alex’s smartest move.

I was wrong on AAA’s team – Jack did end up returning as a rep of Roldan on this show, teaming with Vampiro. Before that, Chessman and Teddy were presented as offical members of the Legion’s team, so we’ve got the full five on five now. Jack got destroyed again in this match and strechered to the back, but made the non-surprise return to help win the match for his team. Everyone from AAA came out to welcome him to their side.

Top two matches seem devoid of major plot developments. Zorro did get X-Pac clean with a submission. Electro beat the new champ Alex clean with his submission.  New cruiserweight champion lost on his first show with the belt, another non-surprise.

Next show is Saturday in Acapulco, though we haven’t heard much about that show since it was announced.

  1. “but made the non-surprise return to help win the match for his team”

    huh?

  2. @Joe Lider: Jack got taken to the back, with everyone acting like he’ll never ever come back, and then came back five minutes later. This seems to happen in AAA any time someone’s strechered out early in a match.

  3. @Joe Lider: OH. Ohhhhh. I see what I did now. Tecnicos should have been listed as winning that match. Thank you for putting up with my dimwittedness.

  4. AAA website mentions the Psycho Circus will be involved in a match at Triplemania so perhaps there are some more card changes to go. Of course odds are probably that they’ll be fed another team like Aero Star, Gato Eveready and Argenis. Yay for a meaningful winning streak!

  5. @Rob: About 1 hour later, AAA put up a card listing for TripleMania, which doesn’t include the Psycho Circus match. WAY TO GO.

The listing only has the four matches they’ve announced on TV (cage match, three title matches), so I’m still it’s still happening. It was just sill of AAA.

  6. they should bring back coco rojo coco verde coco azul and whatever other clowns they can find and the circusof AAA will be complete man i hope wagner leaves trile AAA

  7. Why? Wagner is right where he belongs. Main eventing a promotion where workrate means nothing and he just has to dance to get an ovation. He should just become La Parka II since they are equal in skill.

  8. Wagner can at least move now. And he’s not wearing street clothes and embarrassing himself like Parka is. Wait till you see this past weeks ACM in a couple months.

  9. wagner is to much of a star for AAA if he was at least going up against zorro it be cool but mesias ! dam ciberMesias!~
