Like I figured in the preview, Mesias vs Chessman means Chessman versus a table. Once again, Chessman lost the battle, this time perhaps very seriously. Mesais thru Chessman off a balcony, about four meters down to a bunch of tables. I don’t know if they broke this time, but AAA says Chessman went into convulsions and both men were counted out. That’s an odd way to end a show if on purpose.
The big angle was in the third and fourth matches. KENTA & Tiger won (and really should be in line for a tag team title shot, if this were to be real and make sense) because Zorro came out and distracted the DMex pair. After the semimain – where Nicho beat Parka with some assistance from the ropes, Alex and Rocky showed up for revenge, but Zorro ran out thru the crowd. While DMex was looking that way, Silver King grabbed Zorro’s discarded cane, and clocked X-Pac with it. Hermandad helped beat up Alex, Rocky and Parka (with focus on Silver King going after Parka’s mask) while Konnan came out to assistance and announce Silver King as the newest member. Konnan also promised one more man would shortly join the ranks of the Foreign Legion.
Apaches won their match via an excessive violence DQ. The Morenos and Billy killed them, and Gran Apache was left bleeding again. Not sure what the next step in this is going to be. Mini Charly beat Mini Chessman in the opener, with the Hermandad and Konnan coming out to beat up the minis yet again.
