CMLL (TUE) 12/02 Arena Mexico [ovaciones, ESTO, sololuchas]
1) Ángel Azteca Jr., Angel de Oro, Metálico b Artillero, Pólvora, Súper Comando
2) Dark Angel, Lady Apache, Sahori vs Amapola, Hiroka, Princesa Sujei
3) Dragon Rojo Jr., Okumura, Sangre Azteca b Mascara Dorada, Máscara Púrpura, Valiente
4) Mictlán b Loco Max [hair]
5) Hijo del Fantasma, Místico, Shocker DQ Averno, Mephisto, Texano Jr.
Rudos ripped up Mistico’s mask for the DQ, with Ephesto (who missed his match) and Terrible . Micltan won the first fall, Loco max came back to win the second fall, and Mictlan took the third. It was a nice one hair match winning streak for Loco Max. Okumura replaced Ephesto, who must’ve been too busy dieting for the big title match.
CMLL (TUE) 12/02 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [MT]
5) Casanova b Super Maquina [hair]
6) Black Warrior, Euforia, Mr. Niebla b Leon Blanco, Máximo, Volador Jr.
Toscano wasn’t really back until he missed a show. Leon Blanco replaced him here. Casanova kept his hair, Super Maquina did not keep his hair. Nice Frank Gore jersey anyway.
(CMLL, Notimex) Before Tuesday’s show, CMLL held a press conference to announce a few things
– the Jauria del Terror is no longer than Jauria del Terror. Averno’s group is now Los Hijos del Averno. Same members, new name.
– Sangre Azteca has left the Guerreros to form his own group. The Guerreros are down to Rey, UG, and Atlantis.
– Shocker wants to restart the Guapos. No lineup announced, but Corelone, Garza, Toscano and Maximo are discussed.
– promotion for CMLL photographer Rosalio Vera’s “101 Llaves y lances de la Lucha Libre”. I want to get that.
– Hype for this Sunday’s show in Arena Mexico and next Sunday’s in GDL as well.
It surely was a massive coincidence the Perros del Mal promotion already had announced they were running a press conference for this same day. News from there, via ESTO (1, 2), WagnerMania and SoloLuchas
– Perro explained their offices are next to Arena Mexico because they were planning on working with CMLL to start. Not so much now; Perro’s not happy about CMLL running a big show agianst them, and will give CMLL a war if they want one. Looks like CMLL’s tickets are cheaper than Perros.
– Olimpico was present, so that confirms his jump. He was added to the rudos in the semimain, with Rayman adding to the tecnicos. Olimpico doesn’t look happy in the pictures. Ayako Hamada and Martha Villalobos were there as well, so they’re probably in the women’s match.
– Dr. Wagner Jr. declared Perro has won, and CMLL has lost. I guess they don’t need to run a show then! Wagner also declared CMLL could not veto him, because he would veto CMLL first. He must’ve vetoed CMLL already, because Box Y Lucha has CMLL saying he’s banned again. He’s on a CMLL show in Pachuca on Saturday, so we’ll see how that goes.
– Dr. Wagner Jr. and Cibernetido didn’t get along and teased problems for their match.
Box Y Lucha also posted a few articles from #2899
– the headline story is Cibernetico saying he rejected an offer from CMLL. I’m not sure this means that actually happened.
– Konnan is sad to see Cibernetico leave AAA, and vows to push people regardless of nationality. I’m sure every comment on this post will agree to take Konnan at his word on both points.
– Parka Jr. is also sad Cibernetico left, but wishes him well. Parka says the doctors told him it’d take a year after his shoulder surgery for him to totally heal, so he’s still getting better every day. At the same time, he says he only takes one day off per month, which can’t help.
– Aerostar doesn’t remember anything between diving on Teddy Hart and waking up in the ambulance. That’s not a good sign. The doctor said he had a Cerebral contusion, so Aerostar sat out five whole days.
El Martinete has a nice Pierroth theme this month.

AAA (THU) 12/04 Tormenta del Oeste, Tulancingo, Hidalgo
1) Crazy Boy, Fabi Apache, Ultimo Gladiador vs ?, Decnnis, Tiffany
2) Abismo Negro & Alex Koslov vs Black Abyss & Chessman
Okay, either Abismo Negro is back on the road or Black Abyss is better than anyone ever figured. (Or there’s a third Abismo Negro, but I refuse to consider that possibility.)
