Not exactly sure what the official decision was in the main event; there was supposed to be a title shot on the line, but it sounds like the match ended with Chessman getting DQed for laying hands on Piero. If so, who wins? Completely unclear, maybe it’ll make sense on TV (but maybe not.) Ozz, Cuervo and Escoria ran in post match and beat up Mesias. Cibernetico thought about it, and came back to help out Mesias. Just as figured from last week, they’ve got a Mesias/Cibernetico alliance and the Dark Family reunited.
Clowns are now at win 200. Both Konnan and Electroshock both tried to get involve, but you can not stop the Psycho Circus. In case you’re thinking they might be going somewhere with this, AAA only writes about Konnan complaining about not getting matches again.
Vampiro took the pinfall in the fourth match. I’m not sure if should read into that “Vampiro’s working with the younger guys, just as promised”, or “Vampiro’s putting over the younger guys, on his way out the door.” I lean towards the latter.
Super Fly was bloodied and destroyed yet again, but didn’t get the win. If Super Fly gets killed and killed and occasionally pulls out the fluke win, it seems more like they’re confirming that he’s a lesser guy than really raising his profile by being on the same level of Electro. Maybe this will look differently on TV. They sure are making Electro look like a killer, which is, uh, nice.
Segunda confirms it’s flipped, and the Apaches now are the ones who can’t find a way to beat the Morenos. Being on the rudo side has it’s advantages.
Mini Abismo snuck in a foul on Mini Charly for the win, then challenged for a title shot.
