There’s a poster listing all 200 people scheduled to appear, including those without announced matches, on the lucha libre expo’s website (scroll down a little.)
According to MedioTiempo AAA announced some non-match events for the Expo at the press conference to officially joint the show. Super Calo, Gran Apache and El Mexicano (?) will have a wrestling clinic for kids, Super Porky, Abismo Negro, Elegido, Psicosis and Cuervo will particpate in a “Rudos y Tecnicos” panel discussion.
I don’t anything about going to Mexico, but I would think that May 2nd week is the time to go. You can hit the Expo and Toryumon’s usually running a show about that time (which means guys in for the International Gran Prix.)

There is a wrestler called Lord Byron?
Yep. He’s a regular in hardcore promotions doing a Steven Regal gimmick and edits his own profile on the wiki from time to time.
