Mesais was La Parka Jr.’s surprise partner. No one seemed quite sure way – Parka didn’t turn rudo or anything, and Mesias refused to participate early on. The Hell Brothers ended u p winning when Chessman blew mist at Zorro.
No one bled during the semimain, defeating the odds. Alan pinned Scorpio and Intocable laid out Guapito. I’m starting to suspect the Guapos might not be losing the cage match after all.
Tercera teams were changed due to Cinthia’s injury, though her injury doesn’t seem to be acknowledged here. Mary and Fabi worked together till an errant kick near the end, and the rudos took advantage for the win.
Diabolicos beat the Pirate Kids, but got DQed for excessive violence.
Preview
This is a benefit show for the Teleton. Last year’s Teleton show aired in normal order, so you’d think this would. On the other hand, it was announced late (after shows past it had been announced) and seems to have a less star power crew than usual, so something could be up. I’ll assume things are normal till I read otherwise, but it’s strange.
I’d guess Octagon is the mystery person in the main event. Semimain is straight build to the cage match with the six participants. If Cinthia is healthy, the tercera should break down into a tease for that match too. (If she’s not, I dunno what they do.) Firs two matches are filler or tryouts – that’s Mosco de la Merced original/Pierroth Jr. back as X-Fly.
Building should be loud.
Announced Future Tapings

So did the WON.com recapper just screw up or did they not air the mini’s match from the Pena show?
No minis match. Two hour show, AAA only does one match an hour.
WHAT. Didn’t the mini’s air in Mexico? This is ridculous!
I didn’t see the first part of the memorial show, weren’t the minis in that first half then?
Sadly, nope
1st Half
– minis lumberjack strap
– extreme
– cage
2nd
– lights out
– Pena cup
Five hours, five matches.
I swear I remember reading someone comment on the mini’s match but I must be dreaming…
I think someone asked about the new Mascarita Sagrada, but maybe that one saw him in the lumberjack match.
I’m guessing only a couple matches from here end up airing on the Teleton show rather than a regular TV block.
I guess this might air in full since Rivera’s column says Guerra De Titanes airs on the 23rd.
“Mesias and La Parka Jr.”
Weird. Or is it a setup for a Mesias face turn?
MEGA???
Cesar Caballero formerly a local idol on IWRG, unmasked by Black Dragon?
Was him the Mega of Toluca?
It’s obvious that Mosco I or has received a cease or desist from Pierroth original, or again needs money.
I’m pretty sure Pierroth put an end to the Pierroths arrangement b/c he is retiring soon and will be debuting new guys under the Pierroth masks. I’m not joking.
No pictures yet, so I can’t tell which Mega it is. No one else is using “Mega” that I know of, so I’d guess it would be him.
There’s a whole bunch of Boricuas debuting on the undercard of this week’s Arena Isabel de Cuernavaca show, with Pierroth in the main event.
