10/27-29 Lucha Times

Now that I’ve actually looked at how it all lines up, I’m sure the 11/19 AAA TV taping Leon is the last regular one of the year. That taping takes them thru episodes for 12/09, so you figure 12/16 and 12/23 as the Guerra de Titanes shows and then AAA in Japan/Best Of stuff until winter break is concluded.

If Guerra de Titanes is in early December, which they haven’t announced but it usually is, then maybe they’ll do the same as last winter and tape a show which doesn’t air until right before they go on the air again.

That’s later on, but as for this week:

CAN52: MISTICO VS AVERNO. More Infernales for your money too, as Satanico’s bunch takes on Stuka, Felino, Leono. (Mictlan > Leono.)

FSE-US: Schedule’s a bit screwy because of World Series coverage. Last week’s episode reairs one more time on Saturday. This week’s episode airs much earlier than usual, and possibly will reair during the week depending on how many games the World Series goes.

Women’s trios should air here, which even I’ve seen too much of if we’re not going anywhere with them, and tecnico fliers vs Japan/Satanico

AAA US: the end of the AAA Heavyweight Tournament, and the beginning of me trying to figure out how to explain it for future generations. (Unless I just go with “Mesias won a belt. It was dumb.”)

————–

AAA MEX: Whatever didn’t air last week from the Pena show? I’d guess the cage match aired last week and the torneo did not, but I don’t remember if that’s actually information I have or just some guess.

CMLL MEX: The subtly building Terrible/Dos feud. Or I’m imaging feuds now. Hopefully the tercera airs.

FSE MEX: High Society vs Warrior/Olimpico/Shiro (in his first satellite appearance)

10/24: Puebla, Coliseo, AAA TV dates

5) La Sombra, Rey Bucanero, Shocker DQ Damian 666, Mr. Aguila, Perro Aguayo Jr.

Amapola pinned Marcela while grabbing the ropes, then challenged her to a title match next week. Perro fouled Sombra for the DQ.

CMLL (TUE) 10/23 Arena Coliseo [cmll]

5) Atlantis, Black Warrior, Ultimo Guerrero b Blue Panther, Mistico, Sagrado

Black Warrior snuck in a foul on Mistico.

Ovaciones, in mentioned Cibernetico winning #1 contendership and confirming the title match will be a Guerra de Titanes, lists the upcoming AAA TV tapings:
– 10/26 (Veracruz)
– 11/11 (Irapuato)
– 11/15 (Xalapa)
– 11/19 (Domo de la Feria, Leon)

Notiver writes about Friday’s taping (scroll down a ways), and says the dark match opener is expected to include Celestial (Veracruz), Rey Egipto, Ferrari Jr., Triple XXX, El Hijo del Buitre, Practicante and others. I can’t think it’ll be too many others, that’s a lot of people.

Ultimo Dragon, Samurai Shiro and Texano Jr. have been added to the Arena Mexico semimain this week, bumping out Sagrado, Misterioso II and Toscano.

In an article about Cristian Mijares as a candidate for Boxer of the Year, there’s a couple more details about the el Hijo del Santo/WBC show in the Phillipeans. The show will take place on 11/14 in Manilla, and Santo will face an unspecified Japanese rival for a new WBC Title. This appears to be the middle day of a convention week in Manilla, run by the promotion.

TNA canceled their press confrence for the Mexico shows, again.

Modified Arena Monterrey lineup:
CMLL LLA (SAT) 11/03 Arena Monterrey
1) Celestial & Electrico vs Pierrothito & Violencia
2) Loco Max, Misterioso II, Sangre Azteca vs Astro Boy, Mascara Purpura, Valiente
3) Ephesto, Mephisto, Tozcano vs La Máscara, La Sombra, Máximo
4) Marco Corelone, Rey Bucanero, Shocker vs Damián 666, Mr. Águila, Terrible
5) Dr. Wagner Jr., Héctor Garza, Místico vs Atlantis, Averno, Último Guerrero

The only difference is the six way stips match is now a trios match. The poster actually lists rudo/tecnico teams in the minis match, but that’s gotta be a typo.
