Alexis says champs retained tag titles and Diana lost her hair. I thought Alexis was perhaps just pulling one over on me, but then it’d be a vast conspiracy with superluchas as well.
Amapola kept her hair. I can’t believe it. That’s awesome.
Accion:
CMLL: Main event trios from Arena Mexico. Mistico looked fine in the highlights. We don’t see the Perros interfering, just walking to ringside – ah, I guess Lizmark slipped in to punch, though you can’t see him right away.
AAA: Scorpio Jr., Zumbido, Alan Stone vs Elegido, Oriental, Alebrije, which would’ve been the semimain from the 06/08 taping. Spots, spots, and Guapito low blowing Alebrije with a headbutt to get the Guapos the win. Tecnicos all had purple outfits, which probably desn’t actually mean anything but I thought I’d point out anyway.
CMLL FSE #45 has
06/10: Arkangel de la Muerte Okumura, Loco Max, Nitro b Fabián el Gitano, Metálico, Tony Rivera
06/10: MÃstico, Negro Casas, Rey Bucanero b Damián 666, Halloween, Misterioso II

Was it Arkangel or Okumura in the opening match?
Mistico/Negro vs Averno/Mephisto went 30 minutes! AWESOME! I am pumped to see this on TV somewhere next week.
I don’t think we’ll see Diana in a ring again…
Weird they didn’t show Villanos XXL’s match in Accion if that’s what they’re working on.
I thought Ultimo Guerrero was going to pull la mistica in that Dos Leyendas show, I wonder if it was in fact la mistica or just the armbar.
It was Okumura in the opener. So my “never watching CMLL FSE again” lasted 0 weeks. And I’m glad I didn’t stick to it. Leobardo seems to enjoy interviewing foreigners who can cut a promo in Spanish, like Okumura should continue to get mic time.
Show opened with Leobardo and Julio Cesar at a clothing store where Julio was looking for something new for “next week’s Father’s Day special from Arena Mexico”.
Misterioso was great today. It’ amazing hearing him cut a promo after both Damian and Halloween, because Misterioso is so much better than them, and they have so much more experience.
Misterioso seems to have an incredible chemistry with Mistico, they did a spot that Mistico tried in Arena Mexico that failed…
The thing with Leo Magadan is that he’s TALLER than most guys he interviews!! He’s almost the same size as Kenzo and Corleone, Kenzo’s interview was the BEST THING EVER!!!
Acording to Neto Ocampo, Arena Mexico was a half house. Because of the father’s day? Doubt it since AAA ran AAAMania that very same day last year. I think it shows that FSE and C52Mx can not push a show at Arena Mexico by themselves.
Yes, I agree with you Chui and superluchas, where they say rivalries from Coliseo cannot be put into la Mexico Catedral. Father’s day might also have something to do… There has been a lot of activity with tournaments lately…
Now, superluchas describes a dream end for the main match where Negro Casas does la mistica to Averno and Mistico la casita to Mephisto!!! Awesome, if anybody has a clip on this, please let us know!
… and please, keep Arturo Rivera out of CMLL airings!!!!!!!!! He’s terrible… He’s made more for AAA kind of stuff.
I did not watch CMLL on Televisa/Galavision yesterday, but didn’t they promote today’s Arena Mexico show anyway? But I do agree, FSE and Canal 52 are weak compared to Galavision 9 in terms of viewership and the ability to increase box office sales.
But what would it cost CMLL to buy their own local spots on Galavision 9 if they had to?
They did promote the show in the Gala airing, I don’t know, maybe we’re trying to see too much into that, an Arena Mexico half house would be more than a full house at Coliseo anyway… but I bet CMLL was hoping cashing in big time.
Ovaciones still says Bucky anniv is on July 22, even if it was true, I think this would make them change their opinions, I mean, I don’t think fans are going to rush in to see that.
It should be a three-way dance with Bucanero, Ultimo, and Tarzan.
CMLL.com also says Bucaneros’s anniversary event will be on July 22.
This will all be straightened out around July 15th, I figure.
