In today’s Ovaciones, Ultimo Guerrero states that he has no intention of being Mistico’s friend or a tecnico. Ultimo’s only doing this match because it allows him to put the Perros in their place. If Mistico and he can put aside their difference for a night, they’ll be a a tough team to beat, but regardless, they’ll stop being a team as soon the match is over.

The Hidalgo card sounds fake, it is Octagon & Super Astro vs Abismo Negro & Incognico (Mistyk?) in the 3rd from top down? Super Parka?
Las Gemas del Ring are local guys who lost their hairs to Los Diabolicos a bit ago… wait, a while ago, I think it was like 12 years ago. That was the article was talking about.
I’ve seen the poster, so I know they’re claiming to actually to have these guys. It’s on the venue’s website – http://www.dodgearena.com/events/041507.php – so it would seem they’re more dumb than dishonest (is Octagon going to draw anyone Santo won’t?)
However, NWA Pro’s recent shows in LA and Florida have had a ton of lucha no-shows and lineup changes, so I wouldn’t count on the lineup staying that way.
Someone asked me a while back about either Psic Jr. or Dos Jr. working in Texas in May. This isn’t may, but it is Texas (supposedly.)
NWA Pro is that group with a show on MavTV, right? So, maybe this will end up on tv?
It IS, but I don’t know if they’re taped/aired anything besides their first show.
Well for the price of tickets if I were a fan in attendance I would sure as heck would want all of the wrestlers to show up.
If you don’t mind annoying background music and a handheld camera, you can find videos of FULL MATCHES from Arena Neza on March 25th on YouTube or the NezaRudos blog site. Some really neat moves in the segunda by Cometa Blanco who really impressed me.
The NWA office is working with AAA for US dates since they can’t use CMLL guys. It’s legit.
Local Televisa Monterrey is showing Arena Solidaridad matches on Thursdays at 8p local time.
Anyone know how NWA Copa de Lucha did in Phoenix?
NWA Pro shows are available on the mav tv website as they show them. http://mavtv.com, it’s a pretty good show, along with xcw a small group out of Texas.
