You’re seeing a torn up mask – apparently, it was the only he still had. I believe he said it was torn up by Super Crazy, in 1992 – which is actually earlier than we had Paris (in his well known identity) debuting.
On the odd chance no one gets this – it took me fifteen minutes and I’ve been annoyed with myself since – I’ll post the answer in the morning.
