CMLL FSE - 09/10/06 (#5)
Recapped: 03/15/07
Unmasked: El Halcon
Match 1: Amapola (c), La Nazi, Rosa Negra vs India Sioux, Lady Apache (c), Princesa Blanca
Arena Coliseo, 09/03/06
Winner: Tecnicas, not that we saw it.
Match Time: 3:24
Other Match Notes: Entrances. Amapola has the IWRG belt, though they may
have announced it as a different one. Or they may have just been mentioning her
working for a promotion in Japan. La Nazi having gear is still odd.
Clipped to start, picking up at the end of Amapola and Apache's (opening?) exchange. Nazi and Blanca next - they both seem to be hitting the mat hard on their bumps. La Nazi likes to shout and complain as often as possible. They're not very good together, and they get a lot of uninterrupted time, maybe 3 minutes. Break when they're done.
and...that's that. FSE cut out the reset of the match on the show I got.
Match 2: Alex Koslov, Eclipse, Olimpico (c) vs Felino (c), Sagrado, Satanico
Arena Coliseo, 09/03/06
Winner: Rudos
Match Time: 14:18
Approx Rating: Good
Other Match Notes: Entrances. Alex is ranting in Russian to
himself.
1: Sagrado and Koslov have the extended (2:30) opening back and forth. Olimpico/Felino next - I guess they wants Satanico to do the in ring training with Eclipse. Lots of posing, and a test of strength spot. Eclipse should not do dropkicks. Eclipse gets a hammerlock, and hilariously oversells every back elbow. There's another bad dropkick. He's just not a dropkick guy. Satanico knocks Eclipse out, Koslov gets Satanico with a dropkick, Felino takes Koslov down and gets a STF and Sagrad0 gets a 'rana on Olimpico to finish the fall suddenly
Interview Mistico says hi to his fans. Including one who hugs him during this interview. She's got a silver purse and silver shows and a Mistico plush doll and so on.
2: Olimpico and Sagrado start off quick, but Felino and Alex are in the longer, with Alex bumping all over the ring for Koslov. Rudos decide a beatdown is a better option than Eclipse wrestling - Eclipse actually heads right outside when the beatdown to start, and the action stays in the ring. Imagine that. Rudos double suplex Sagrado, and then have Eclipse do a missile dropkick on him. Everyone lives to talk about it, which didn't seem likely when Eclipse was having trouble getting his footing on the top rope. Rudos kinda have an idea what they want to do, but aren't on the same page. They finish off Olimpico anyway.
3: Beatdown continues. They know they want to do a tapatia on Sagrado around the ropes, but it takes them a while to do it. They're not a well oiled killing machine. Triple boot on Satanico, and I think maybe one of the boots actually might have touched him. Felino evades a corner charge, and that's it. Satanico and Sagrado rush in to take down the rudos, and Eclipse is kinda looking the wrong way at the wrong time, so he gets clubbed in the back of the head. Koslov takes a corner low dropkick. Olimpico pulls Sagrado out before he can do the same on Eclipse (Sagrado was falling down before he even did it), and the tide turns immediately and completely; Alex gets the Red Scare on Satanico and Eclipse gets Felino in a cristo. That's it. Olimpico gets a submission on Sagrado for good measure.
Alex gets the hat - his teammates totally want to see the dance. So he does it - with Olimpico kinda half doing it behind him.
That's it.
