Discussion about the anniversary show is a post down from here. If you’ve got any questions you’d like me to struggle with on today’s Figure Four Daily, send an e-mail to Bryan Alvarez.

Today, Ovaciones correctly stats Mascara Ano 2000 lost his hair in Arena Mexico (not his mask.) Their list of anniversary mask loses are Faaron, Sangre Chicana, Tierre Viente y Fuego, Cien Caras, Shocker, Villano III, and Universo 2000, which still doesn’t seem right. (Villano III was in March, for one.)
Notimex previews tonight’s mask match by saying “there’s no clear favorite, although Mistico has a slight advantage.” Those Notimex guys are funny.
Latin Lover is telling people he’s postponing his TV work to go back to lucha. Maybe an appearance tonight?
According to Dave, they’ve banned all photographers from ringside. I gotta figure there were way too many expected, and that some will manage to get there anyway.
Speaking of multimedia AAA (former and current) types, Intocable is going to be on a soap opera called Duelo de Pasiones. The story is 95% about a Grammy nominated singer; the Intocable mention is way near the end.
like you care: I’m not sure what I’m going to do tonight; I’ve been thinking of going to IWA-MS’s TPI tournament show, but I haven’t been able to convince myself to go all week. (I have faith there will be great matches, I just don’t know if I’ll care, or be thrilled to get out of the building well after 1AM.) I’m leaning towards staying around my computer and finding out about the anniversary show, but the results are going to but the same whether I see them (and post them) at midnight or 9 AM the next day. If I ever get around to making a decision, I’ll let y’all know.
