It’s hard to imagine they’ll do as well as last time, just because that type of crowd is so hard to do, and no Mistico. (In fact, if there’s a big dropoff, Mistico is automatically WotY, because everyone else who drew last time is back.)

They probably should be setting up an anniversary main event here. Like I said after his match was announcd Rey vs Perro wouldn’t be a bad idea; it’s a match that’s worked previous, it’d have intrigure at the finish, and it’s not an over exposed feud. It should draw, because of Perro more than Rey surely, but that’s the big question.

There’s nothing huge on the undercard, but it’s worth noting that Park and Wagner are both in and not against each other. They’d like to move on from that feud ASAP. When Park first turned rudo at the Kids Show, they teased he was going to join the Perros. He’s in the position to do the same thing tonight, but since they’re tweeners and he’s been full rudo, I don’t think it’ll happen.

AJPW is introducing a wrestler named AHII on it’s 08/27 PPV. The hype indicates it’s a man Keiji Muto scouted in Mexico, he’s 170cm tall, his style is inspired by the habanero (Mexican red pepper), his big moves are Spicy Splash and Spicy Bomb, and he’s a very mysterious. If he’s really a Mexican, well, Virus is 165 cm tall and obviously the likely person, given his recent involvement with the promotion.

This is Hector Garza’s return from being KOed two weeks ago. I hope he passes on flip bumps for the night.
