Nacho Libre made $27.5 million this weekend, which is slightly above predictions but not good enough for #1 on the weekend. It sounds like it fell off big between Friday and Saturday and that sounds bad, but what do I know? $27.5 million dollars is still $27.5 million dollars, and when the movie cost somewhere in the $30s to make, that means they’re going to be in the black next week. YAY PROFIT.

Piecing together various things…
1) Mini tecnicos won.
2) Abismo came out to watch the mixed tag match for some reason(he wasn’t wrestling in it?) and Alebrije landed on him by accident with a dive. Not sure who won.
3) Tecnicos won the match but not the titles b/c the finish was so chaotic and involved the use of a flaming table. Scorpio Sr., the old guy who serves no purpose at all and sits ringside at all Arena Mexico shows, declared the titles vacant. I think Chui called this one. So it looks like a tournament will be held with La Secta, Fuerza Aerea, Mexican Power, Guapos, Vipers Xtreme, etc.
4) No clue which Exotico won. I think all the Consagrados beat them up though b/c old men don’t like gays.
5) Guapos won and “La Nazista” debuted? No clue what that means.
6) Manson won as described earlier.
7) Parka Jr. won after tons of interference when he nailed Banderas with a running power bomb. PORKY was Parka Jr.’s surprise second so he didn’t even wrestle. I wonder if he is even cleared to wrestle any more b/c of his obesity.
I think part of the reason Porky jumped is b/c he thinks he can get a TNA deal since he was a WWE wrestler(hahaha). The guy still claims in all interviews that he is under contract so he seems to have problems letting go…

Maybe we will see Axxel in AAA. If I was them I would have signed him by now just for namesake alone. I still haven’t seen a match of his, so maybe I will have a better chance of seeing one of his now.

Nope. Electro seems to have burned more bridges than Juventud Guerrera. I still think he’ll be back with AAA soon enough though. Maybe Porky jumped just to beat the snot out of him.
