Negro Casas and Mistico retained the CMLL tag team championship last night, defeating Averno and Mephisto in what was called a good 40 minute match.

I was trying to figure out what Silver King was doing here, becuase I thought he was a tecnico in IWRG. Turns out, he probably is, because both sides turned on him at the start of the match and beat him bloody. Corp side still won.

Silver King IS a tecnico. Cerebro and Okumura, feuding otherwise, did not make for good tag them partners.
Accion highlights:
CMLL: Atomicos from Arena Mexico highlights. Ultimo got his mask completely ripped off by Hector, Tarzan and Rey did crazy corner dives, and Hector rolled up Ultimo when he went for a submission.
AAA: Charly Manson vs Zorro for the National Middleweight Championship – that’s not right – from Victoria, Tamaulipas. They break out the skeleton tech on a missed quebrada. Zorro gets the pin clean, which can’t be right. There’s a ref distraction which doesn’t seem to come into play right before the pin, so I’m plenty confused.
TNA taped three weeks of TV Monday night
04/27: no Team Mexico
05/04: Shocker and Magno vs Team Canada’s Eric Young and Johnny Devine [World X Cup]
05/11: Puma vs Team USA’s Chris Sabin
In today’s New Japan action, Sangre Azteca took the direct loss in an atomicos match; Tiger Mask, Koji Kanemoto, el Samurai, Wataru Inou defeating Jushin Liger, Jado, Gedo and Sangre, with Samuari submitting Sangre. (Strong Style Spirit). Sangre’s flipping between the tecnico and heel sides thru this tour: tommorow, he’ll team with two guys he opposed (Kanemoto and Inoue) against the three people he teamed with.

Best. Match. Ever.
mirror match!
The Zorro vs Manson match was for the national heavyweight, the middleweight title belongs to ZUmbido, who faced Manson in the tournament to get that title.
Yea, that’s what I thought. Just odd Accion didn’t have it, but maybe they just didn’t care.
