Hey, Box Y Lucha updated! First time in six weeks. You’ve got a cover focusing on the Anniversary main event and an inside poster of Latin Lover.
Lots of hype interviews on the inside
– MascaraY2K on his injury and Garza
– Garza responds, promises a win
– Ultimo Guerrero explains he’s not the least bit sorry about hurting Mistico, because it’s the start of his plan to force Mistico to retire due to massive injuries. Also, La Mascara better not get uppity or Ultimo will smack him down too.
– Mistico wants Ultimo one on one
– Dark Angel looks forward to facing Marcela for the title. If she wins the belt, she dedicates it to her family and her fans.
– Marcela wants to take advantage of this opportunity. She hopes her experience is the edge.
– Who’s going to lose the triangle match? Let’s ask the luchadores
Damian: Perro and Hector. This is the end of the Reyes.
Halloween: Perro and Hector. Strength in numbers.
Averno: Any of them. (Way to sit on a fence, Averno.) It will be a brutal fight.
La Nazi: Universo. He’s far superior to Hector and Perro. (Huh.)
Princesa Sujei: Hector beats Universo. Fans will be on the edge of their seats.
India Sioux: It’s tough to make a pick, but for sentimental reasons she’d want Universo to win.
Sahori: I don’t know, but obviously a fight of this magnitude will sell out Arena Mexico.
– One year anniversary of Dr. Wagner Sr’s death.
– Texano is undergoing neck surgery today. Right now, he’s confined to a wheelchair, but it sounds like they hope his condition will improve after surgery. If he wrestles again, he risk becoming a quadriplegic, so he’s not going to be wrestling again.
– Crazy Boy on his time in CMLL so far
– Mr. Mexico talks about his start in CMLL
– Atlantis doesn’t understand why the fans are booing him and have betrayed him. If Wagner can change, maybe he can too. He’ll be the Idol of the Kids regardless, but he’s gotten offers from GdI, Los Perros, the Capos, the Pierroths and other rudos.
In an Ovaciones interview (with the same basic content as the Box Y Lucha one), MascaraY2K says he’ll be cleared real soon, and it sounds like he’ll be at the anniversary show to get some revenge. His comments build the feud stronger as Capos vs Garza rather than Capos vs Perro, if it means anything. The rest of Ovaciones is previews of the Coliseo and the Paucha shows.
