Ovaciones is down. I’ve reallly got nothing for you.
I’m working on a list current champions for a project. I’m cross posting this to lucha world, but if you haven’t signed up for an account, I’ve posted what I’ve got after the link.
———————————–
AAA
‘AAA’ Branded Current Championships
None? Because they ones they originally made are dead and the ones they use are someone elses?
Championships from non ‘AAA’ bodies
LLL Mascot Title: Abismo/Mini Abismo?
Other LLL Titles?
UWA LH Title: Charly Manson
Mexican Championships Held By AAA Wrestlers
Heavyweight: Zorro
Cruiserweight: La Parka II
Middleweight: Psicosis II
Tag Team: La Parka II & Octagon
Atomicos: the Black Family
Mini: Mini Abismo Negro
Mixed Tag: Fabi Apache & Gran Apache
I’ve know seen the Middleweight listed as being on the line recently (Nicho was supposed to get a shot and didn’t show), the Atomicos last title change made TV, and I think I’ve seen things for the Mini and Tag Team.
Lady Apache is listed as the MEX Women’s champion – is that still true? Is that the belt she was carrying around in AAA? (If so, someone please tell CMLL so they don’t bring back their dead one for no reason.)
I’ve seen the Mixed Tag listed as an AAA belt and a Mexican National Championship – I think it’s a MEX belt.
Is it supposed to FabI or FabY? Is it an Eddy/Eddie thing? And how do are you supposed to spell Princesa SUGEY?
Defunct Belts
AAA World Heavyweight
AAA World Tag Team
AAA Americas Trios
So that’s belt dead and CMLL has the MEX Trios – does AAA have a trios belt?
Awards, but not defended like a regular belt
Rey de Reyes: La Parka II
Reina de Reinas: Tiffany
———————————–
IWRG
IWRG IC Titles
Heavyweight: Heavy Metal
Middleweight: Veneno
Welterweight: Avisman
Tag: Cerebro Negro & Dr. Cerebro
Trios: Black Tiger, Black Pentagon, Pantera
Women: Ayoko Hamada [defended?]
Mexico State Titles
Trios: Los Payasos
What am I missing? Is there enough information about other active promotions to put together similiar links, or would I just have long periods of non-defenses and sudden reappearances of thought dead belts?
