I’m going to catch up on the results in this post, and then do lineups/news in the next.

CMLL (TUE) 06/28 Arena Coliseo Results [ova]
1) Bam Bam & Fantasy b Pierrothito & Fire
2) Sombra de Plata, Valiente, Zetta b Flecha, Caligula, Mesala
3) Tigre Blanco, Tigre Metalico, Metro b Okumura, Taguchi, Masada
Ovaciones singles out the Tigres for good team work. Again they called Metro “MT” (or maybe “TM”; looking at a stale translation and not sure) – is that a nickname for the subway system or a name change?
4) Brazo de Plata, Lizmark, Felino DQ Emilio Charles Jr., Black Tiger, Hijo de Pierroth
Emilio, facing a 3 on 1, fouled Lizmark
5) Atlantis, Blue Panther, Black Warrior b Tarzan Boy, Universo 2000, Mascara Ano 2000

I haven’t seen IWRG results for the last week.

CMLL (FRI) 07/01 Arena Mexico Results [superlucha]
This card was heavily reworked after it was announced; best guess is it was a response to last week’s main event reaction.
1) Neutron Leono, StarMAN b Super Comando & Artillero
hope Neutron didn’t suffere a setback
2) Lady Apache & Marcela vs Dark Angel & Amapola
o’campo had this as match of the night
3a) seeding battle royal for Gran Alternativa Tournament
3b) Universo 2000 and Dr. X b Lizmark Jr. Bronco & Texano Jr. in a first round match
Bronco was obviously demoted.
3c) Dr. Wagner Jr. & Misterioso II b Pierroth & Nitro in a first round match
3d) Atlantis & La Mascara b Damian 666 & Apocalipsis in a first round match
Lucha Insider has Apocalipsis as Koreano (good a guess as any), as part of a promotional push to own the gimmicks of any newly pushed wrestlers. Need to make a list of guys and their previous idenities
3e) Ultimo Guerrero & Sangre Azteca b Negro Casas & Maximo
First round had some decently long one fall matches; this was the last at around 10 minutes, the previous was the shortest at under 5 minutes
3f) Dr. Wagner Jr. & Misterioso II b Universo 2000 & Dr. X in a semifinal match
3g) Atlantis & La Mascara b Ultimo Guerrero and Sangre Azteca in a semifinal match
This round was shorter; the first match was about 5 minutes, the second about two. They had this winning team go to the back and re-enter, and it was apparently kinda over kill on entrances by this point.
3h) Atlantis & La Mascara b Dr. Wagner Jr. & Misterioso II to win the Gran Alternativa Tournament
The expected winner; he’ll get moved up the card for the victory. Misterioso is a small bit of welcome surprise. Wagner and Atlantis went at it, with Wagner rudo here and teasing being rudo much more than here. Usual mask/mask challenges. Started to feel a little bit late, and O’Campo says some left before the main event
4) Hector Garza, Tarzan Boy, Rey Bucanero b LA Park, Elektro Mistico, Bronco Lizmark Jr.
Notice the changes. Elektro was nowhere to be seen.

They’re listing Lizmark Sr. as just Lizmark, which I guess is fair but still awful confusing.
5) Ultimo Guerrero, Rey Bucanero, Averno DQ Ultimo Dragon, Heavy Metal, Bronco
Ovaciones says Bronco looked better here; “he’ll soon be adjusted to the tecnico style of CMLL”, right. Rey pulled Dragon’s mask, and Dragon wants a rematch or a singles match – there’s a match I could go for.
6) Rayo de Jalisco Jr. b Pierroth
Bonus added during the week match.

IWRG (SUN) 07/03 Arena Naucalpan Results [ova]
The card I had listed greatly differs from the actual one. I think I must’ve had it wrong. You can look back at the original post to see what I had; there’s so many names moved and omitted, it’ll be too confusing if I just cross them out.

2) Macho II & Carta Brava b Panterita & Gallo de Jalisco
3) Fantasma de la Opera, Polizon, Xibalva b Kung Fu Jr., Vertigo, Rey de Corazones
4) Fantasma, Avisman, Matrix b Signo, Cerebro Negro, Cyborg
the other rudos turned on Cyborg, who was saved by his police partners.
5) Emilio Charles, Dr. Cerebro, Black Tiger b Mascara Sagrada, Solar I, Villano III
Pentagon has a knee injury and was replaced by Emilio, which explains that one. Emilio low blowed Villano and got the pin, I believe.
