Light Heavyweight is the secondest heaviest weight class in Mexico. It’s for HEAVYWEIGHTS who just weight a little less than say Rayo, Porky, Silva, etc. For example, Rey Jr. would never ever ever ever get a shot at any Light Heavyweight Title. He’s a Lightweight or Welterweight.
