Vignette: Ultimo Guerrero watches Rencor Latino work out. He's moderately impressed. Ultimo tells him so, and tries to convince him that perhaps the rudo way is better. Satanico overhears from behind a wall, while they continue to talk. They shake on something, and Latino is think about. Satanico warns Latino that tealing with the GdI isn't a wise idea. Which way will he go?

Notes: Mascara Magica has a blue and white M mask with matching vest (and black and white M tights). Very generic, not as flashy as Latino. Unusual mix here. Rivers has a really good run of spots in the second fall, and Latino isn't too successful with his team - Magica is getting in more offense then he is. Felino and Ultimo have a good sequence and shake, but the clean breaks it actually a prelude to a Rudo beatdown. I was feeling bad that I didn't really want to do PBP for this match, because it was going along real good till the low blow finish. Three was the beatdown fall. Latino seemed upset that Ultimo dumped MM out of the ring when Latino was beating on him. Tony misses a missile dropkick to set up his pin. Latino's fireman's carry Diamond Cutter is wonderful - Magica's selling is nice, too. Latino hits a powerbomb on MM, probably had the three, but Ultimo ran in and pushed him out of the ring so he could get the win. I have no idea how to describe the wacky submission Ultimo put on MM. We see Satanico watching from the aisle - and now RL is open hand slapping Ultimo Fuerza tries to calm down his teammates but Ultimo isn't having it h- hard kicks to the head and to the back and Fuerza holds him back and then decides he doesn't care too much. Satanico does care much and comes out to beat Ultimo up - and does a good job of it. He holds Ultimo RL to hit and does - Fuerza shoves MM on the apron but doesn't participate. MM takes that as motivation to come in the ring and beat up Latino- they fight as Satanico goes back to fighting Ultimo. Eventually Fuerza pulls Magica off and out of the ring - he thinks about coming in again and RL and Satanico yank at Ultimo's mask. Now Magica's back in again to beat up Latino - well, this is confusing. Whoa, You can see most of Ultimo's face there - the refs try to pull of Satanico but it only really leaves an opening for Latino to come in and pick up where he left off. Magica is AGAIN beating up Latino and Satanoco steps in to stop that - I think Fuerza and the tecnicos have left by now. Satanico holds Magica for a dropkick to the face. Wait, no, Fuerza is still there and standing with Satanico and Latino, but not doing much but raising his arm in victory. Replays. That's an interesting angle.
Vignette: Apolo and Mascara Ano Dos Mil watch Giant Silva play basketball with kids (on TV) and play with their own (evil) basketball. I think, not only are they better and eviler wrestlers than Silva, but they're also eviler basketball players. Apolo sinks a basket. That was something.
2 | Capos

1 | 4 vs 3 | 7:29 | Apolo rope crotches Silva |
Notes: Super Porky dances in front of Satanico and Apolo Dantes - I think Satanico tells him to pout on some clothes. He's appalled, at any rate. Silva was going to kill CC with a top rope splash, but Apolo shook the ropes and Silva was crotched. Then they ripped off his shirt.
In Other Action: A hair vs hair match between Ricky Marvin and Americo Rocca at Arena Coliseo is apparently coming soon. Marvin has some words for us before the match. He has nice hair.

Notes: This match was reshown on #33 - I steal the box from there. It took me to the pinfall to realize I'd seen this before.
Vignette: Los Guapos - well, just Emilio and Scorpio - get some work down at the beauty shop. Universo is walking down the street, and double checking he's got the right address. It's not quite the Capos evil dark basement, but they talk about a Capos/Guapos alliance.

Notes: He can't be Rayo Jr. anymore if he's got a Jr. apparently. Second fall is beatdown fall - we get a picture in picture and a wide angle of the ring to get it all, which I find better than then the typical quick cuts between the three different battles. Rayo had the win via second rope reverse tope but the refs were checking guys on the floor. Capos Dad showed up at ringside and tripped up Rayo with his cane. Rayo looked at him and got low blowed - and that was it.
