Dog bites man? That’s not news. Man bites dog? That’s one of the darkest, most secluded scandals in the history of Titan Sports. James Kalyn, the point man of the Dean Malenko Eats Dogs exposé of the early 2000s, opens up for the first time ever to revisit the controversy that may have ended Dean Malenko’s career as an active wrestler. James recounts the genesis of his investigation and lays out the facts of the case. He also reveals the adversity he faced at the time for speaking out and the surprising lengths to which some went to silence the inquiry. Then, for the first time in 13 years, the Malenko cold case is reopened to delve into brand new findings unearthed over the last decade Malenko has spent out of the public eye in a management position. It’s the biggest James-Dean cover-up since the 1955 car “accident.” A show so check it out.

Intrepid host Justin Shapiro tries to get them to admit they’re lying about the whole thing through a series of rigorous questions. From ring of fire to Ring of Honor, stuff that occurred at SummerSlam is talked about. They assess the company’s astonishing new landscape, and Albert identifies the overlooked WWE bigwig most single-handedly responsible for their changes in philosophy. They also dish the dirt and the deets on their summit with some of the heavy hitters in this industry (niche wrestling podcasting), among them a certain world-beater well-regarded ’round these parts. If Cubs wants the syndicated rights to my posts too we’re going to have to re-do my new contract.

flik510 said: Not sure I buy Justin’s arguments that wrestling’s always sucked, the only reasons people think it sucks now is because they’ve seen it all and that you can’t point to stuff like 1992 WCW/WWF as being better because modern WWE makes more money.

Matt and I both threw out a whole lot of stuff and didn’t have time to see all assertions and arguments through to their Mitchell/Kellerian exhaustion point. So please let me elaborate.
