How did I leave Derek off the list last night? That was quite dumb. After thinking about it some more, Floyd’s HR was the turning point here, so he’s gotta be POTG. The bats came on late in this game, as stretched out as it was. I hope there’s a carry over.

First win for Rocky, who appeared to be unaware of the circumstances when people were talking to him before the game. Would’ve liked to see Dempster look a little better, but it was a three one game – as long as he’s getting the ball over the plate, he should be getting out of it, and he did.

Cherry’s probably good to come back for the 2nd game, as is Ohman. At 31 and 35 pitches, I’d expect Dempster and Howry to be out. Who does that leave as closer, if the team is lucky enough to be in that situation? Wuertz, I think. That’ll be cool for him – he’s earned the shot.

That game, by the way, has already started – so let me post this and start listening!
